With more than 20 years of experience in television production and live broadcasting, Ngatapa has led numerous content teams to deliver acclaimed programming that uplifts tereo Māori and Indigenous perspectives. Her work has earned industry recognition, including an NZTV award for best live coverage, and her creative direction spans major cultural events and festivals across Aotearoa.
