Lanita Ririnui (Ngāpuhi, Ngāti Wai, Tauranga Moana, Tumutevarovaro) is the founder of Table 1 Creative and executive producer of the past two Aho Shorts seasons.

Lanita has held key roles at Whakaata Māori, RNZ, and Ngā Aho Whakaari, and co-founded Through The Fire Ltd, producing award-winning projects such as Poi360 and Fan Girl. An international judge for the BANFF Rockie Awards, Lanita champions Māori and Pacific storytelling as a powerful tool for cultural preservation and social impact. 

Lanita joins the Commissioner's Roundtable at the 30th Spada Conference.
