Nadia is an award-winning news and content leader with 25 years' experience in journalism, production and talent management. She leads TVNZ’s audience strategy across news and entertainment, driving innovation in a digital-first world.

Previously, Nadia was Managing Director of Stuff Digital, overseeing New Zealand’s largest digital news platform and launched ThreeNews. She has also held senior roles at NZME, including Head of Content Development for the NZ Herald and Content Director at Newstalk ZB.
