Aaron Dolbel has 25+ years of experience working as an editor and producer across a variety of genres in the television industry.

Aaron has produced some of the biggest non-scripted television shows in New Zealand - as Series Producer on The Block NZ (seasons 4 - 9) and Match Fit (2020 - 2022), and Post Producer on Celebrity Treasure Island (2019), Survivor NZ Season 2 (2018), and The X Factor NZ Season 1 & 2.

As Commissioner for Factual & Entertainment at TVNZ, Aaron joins the Commissioners Roundtable at the 30th Spada Conference.
