CONFERENCE ACCOMMODATION

A block booking has been made at the Conference venue, Hyatt Regency Auckland and special rates (GST inclusive) have been negotiated which are equal to, if not better than, corporate rates. Room rates do not include breakfast.

Hyatt Regency Auckland provides tea and coffee making facilities, minibar, refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, email and internet connections. Additional services are restaurant, bar, gymnasium, swimming pool and business centre.

MAKING A RESERVATION

SPADA Members only can make bookings via the special advance early internet registration. To secure your reservation, payment of one night's room rate by cheque or credit card is required. Please indicate your first and second choices of room type on the form.

CHANGING YOUR RESERVATION

Please advise The Conference Company of any reservation changes rather than contacting the hotel direct. Email: spada@tcc.co.nz

CANCELLING YOUR RESERVATION

If you cancel your accommodation booking prior to 13 October 2006 your accommodation deposit will be refunded in full. After that date, refunds may be subject to cancellation charges levied by the hotel.

EARLY ACCESS

If you have an early morning arrival and require an early check-in, you will need to reserve your room for the previous night.

PARKING

Parking is available in the Car Parks New Zealand carpark below the hotel. The daily rate is $10.00 for conference delegates. Spaces are limited and cannot be guaranteed. Alternative parking is available in the Victoria St or Kitchener St Car Parks.
