YNYR WILLIAMS
Producer, Salem Films

Ynyr Williams started his career as an actor.  He has worked for all the major UK broadcasters and set up Salem Films in 2000.  He has produced and directed across the genres from childrens to religion, from light entertainment to drama and feature.  Currently finalising finance on a slate of films including Caitlin starring Pierce Brosnan, Miranda Richardson, Rosamund Pike and Michael Sheen.

Producer credits include ‘Dal: Yma/Nawr’ (5 BAFTA awards), ‘Johnny Owen – The Long Journey’ (double BAFTA award winning documentary) and ‘Olympic Stories’, for EBU. Countries involved included Greece , Slovenia , Ireland , Croatia , Romania , Norway , Poland , Wales , Czech Republic and Macedonia .
