Tom Brisley runs the factual TV output of Darlow Smithson Productions Ltd. His responsibilities include running the development team, generating new ideas to fit the changing needs of the broadcast market, bringing together different broadcasters to co-produce projects, overseeing relationships with broadcasters, and executive producing programmes.
