PAYMENT
Conference prices are inclusive of GST, morning and afternoon teas,
lunches, dinners, Thursday and Friday evening programme, Saturday

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations prior to 31 October will incur a fee of $100.
Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations received after
31 October. All cancellations must be in writing.
